He's ALL Boy

Cole and Daddy were "fixing" his car before he could ride it up and down the hall way. Our hallway to the bedrooms is more like a race track these days. And isn't it funny how he is doing his mechanic work in his diaper:) I guess we are not quite all grown up yet.

Fireman or Laundry Man

Cole loves playing with the laundry baskets. He jumps off of them and on this particular day was being pushed by mom up and down the hall. He is at a very cute age right now and likes to "help" with things around the house. Hopefully we
continue this behavior:)

Baby Shower

Cole and I helped host a baby shower for Maria Nudd, Aaron's cousin, and it was very nice. We are very excited to meet her new little boy due April 25th. And I really hope he is born that day because that is my birthday!!

The Bathroom is DONE!!

Well I don't know if these pictures really do the bathroom total justice but it is only letting me upload so many pics for some reason. Anyways we are really enjoying our new shower. It seems like it is twice as big as our old one. And we have a lot more floor space as well. Matt did a great job.

Lunch Time

Cole was pretty excited about his ravioli this particular day. He spends a lot of time in this highchair so I thought I should take some lasting memories pictures.

February 15 bathroom progress

Well I don't know how good my pictures are showcasing the work here but this is our progress so far.

We Love Play Dough

Cole and I had a little play dough time last week. As you can tell he loved it. Okay so he had a little help with the sunshine:)

The Stomach Flu

Well not sure which is worse the miscarriage or the stomach flu. It's been a rough couple of months. The bathroom is coming along beautifully though. Although now that Cole, myself, Aaron have had this horrible vomiting and diarrhea Matthew has caught the black plague that now resides in our house. This has temporarily halted the progress of the bathroom. That's okay we understand! No one wants to come over and definetely no one wants to babysit because they don't want to be sick. I don't blame ya! So I have no pictures of this to post. Trust me you would not want to see these:) I am finally somewhat better and managed to eat a sub sandwich trust me this was quite a feet. I have lost five pounds but I do not recommend this as a weightloss plan. Here's hoping tomorrow is a normal day.

Hands and Feet

I was trying to get a picture of Cole's hands and feet but the hand one didn't turn out too good. I had them in sephia but that didn't come through. Don't know how to do that I guess. Anyway, I wanted a reminder of his chubby little feet.

What a cutie!

I think in this case a pictures says a thousand words. He finally understands the concept of smiling for the camera.

Pop-Pop and Grandma Nudd got me a new TRAIN

This was last weekend at Aaron's cousins new house. Aaron's grandparents were there and gave Cole his Christmas present. A NEW TRAIN! He was saying "choo-choo" in the pictures.

Bathroom Remodel Started

Lucky for me Aaron agreed that we could remodel our master bathroom. Here is a before picture. Also lucky for me we started this right around the time of the miscarriage so it has been a good distraction. Matthew, Aaron's brother, has very bravely taken on the project. We have come a long way already. So I will post the after picture soon

Sabbath School

Here is Cole at Sabbath School. Right around Christmas time. All the kids really love riding the camels

Christmas 2006

I thought maybe this blogging thing might be they way to go after all. I haven't been very good with pictures lately. So I resolve to try and do better on this. I thought I would go back and start at the beginning of 2007.....

Well we started the new year out expecting another baby. We found out right before Christmas. Announced it to EVERYONE!! And then.....the thing none of us expected we lost the "would be" baby. Actually yesterday February 4 was the final day of the miscarriage. It is an awful thing to experience and nothing I would wish on my worst enemy. Other than having Cole this is the most physically taxing experience I have had. We are hopeful that this was a one-time thing. Pray for us and hope with us.
